DOG LICENSE APPLICATION

Dog licenses may be obtained in the Clerk’s Office at Borough Hall. An application form is not necessary if you are renewing in person.

Proof of rabies vaccination must be presented at the time of licensing. As per State law, rabies vaccination must be valid through October 31 of the licensing year.

Dog licenses must be renewed each year by January 31. Dog licenses are valid from January 1st through January 31st of the following year.

CURRENT DOG LICENSE FEES:

$12.00 – Neutered/spayed
$15.00 – Non-neutered/spayed

After January 31, there will be a $5.00 late fee assessed for each month that you are late renewing your license. (Borough Ordinance 5-2.2.)

It is strongly recommended that dogs wear their license tags on their collars at all times. This enables us to identify your dog if he or she is lost!

All dogs must be licensed after the age of 6 months.
