Note Regarding Dog License Applications:
Please bring the form along with your payment, to Borough Hall to receive your permit or dog license. If you mail your form and payment, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope so that we can send you the dog license tag.
If your dog is already licensed in Rumson you do not need to fill out a form. However, you will still need proof of valid rabies if your dog's rabies innoculation has expired.

The following applications are also available at Borough Hall. They require either Mayor and Council approval and/or State approval:
Application for a Raffle License
This application is for use by non-profit organizations that are registered with the Legalized Games of Chance Commission (a New Jersey State agency). These Raffle licenses must be approved by the Mayor and Council and the State before a license can be issued for the event. Learn about the procudure for obtaining a raffle license here. There are fees required by both the Borough and the State based on the type of raffle event being held. For more information visit the State of New Jersey Website.
Social Affairs Permit Applications

This application is for use by non-profit organizations serving alcoholic beverages at on event open to the public are available, but require approval and fees payable to the State of New Jersey. If you chose to download the forms online please bring them into Rumson Borough Hall with all appropriate fees. Please think ahead when submitting these forms.
